Mini Replacement Handle:
Six Moon Designs now comes with the Mini Replacement Handle for free with your Umbrella. The Replacement handle gives you a more comfortable EVA foam grip to hold onto for longer hikes. As an added bonus the new handle makes this umbrella work much better with the Hands Free Kit. If you do not want the added bulk of the EVA replacement handle you can keep on the smaller plastic handle.

I ordered this umbrella from Canada. Received a notification that it had been delivered but it wasn't in our apartment's mail room. I called Six Moon's customer service and received an immediate response. They looked into it with their shipper and then sent me a photo of where it had been left, which was an unexpected but totally valid location. They later emailed to make sure I'd found it. In addition to the quality of the product, the customer service was outstanding.

Despite the ties to attach it to the backpack, it totally does not work. It hit my head and it flops around. Maybe something was missing to attach it to the backpack besides the two ties. It is worthless for the purpose. I am walking the Camino with lots of sun and I thought this would be an asset. I am leaving it home and regret wasting my money.
