I have not had a chance to do more than an overnight trip. That being said, I have been impressed with how comfortable the pack is with 25 pounds in it. The vest is comfortable and seems to distribute the weight better than traditional straps. I had no shoulder pain, although I don’t get pain from my old pack until day five or six. Since I have not been on a longer trip with it, we shall see. The material seems a little more stout than some of the other ultra lightweight packs I looked at. The side pockets are convenient enough to grab a bottle without taking off the pack.
