Love this ultralight umbrella! It makes great shade to help keep you cool in the heat and it keeps you and your pack dry on those rainy days! It adds practically no weight to my pack and the hands free system makes it easy to carry and still be able to use my trekking poles. This umbrella makes life on trail so much more comfortable!

It's a disappointment that the umbrella is not as compact as the one made by Snow Peak. but it probably is sturdier, My Snow Peak umbrella broke a rib when contending with wind of only moderate velocity,
